Employee Data Protection

When an individual contacts KRESS they are required to identify themselves and in some cases provide a signed release from the employee or former employee releasing the information. Many other competitors allow anyone with a business license to sign-up and receive an endless stream of data from their organization. Simple IT Processes

KRESS provides clients with a simple system to upload data into our systems. We review the data before it is merged into our systems, remove any duplicate data and resolve any discrepancies with client consultation. This process should not require your IT staff to spend man-hours developing any new data transfer protocols and revising any of your internal systems.

Revenue Sharing

KRESS delivers exceptional value to businesses by providing information and data services that provide liability transfer and convenience. We build secure systems that provide your organization the convenience of easy data transfer processes while delivering the necessary data to KRESS so that we can provide timely verifications to those have legitimate need for the information.

Once that employee data is uploaded and verified, the information is merged into our system so that verifiers can access the data in an easy-to-use, secure manner. Before we provide the information KRESS collects payment from the entity requesting verification. KRESS accepts most major credit cards and business checks. The sum we charge is an agreed upon fee that never goes below $10 per verification. Depending on the number of active employees your organization currently employs, KRESS provides a portion of that fee to your organization on a monthly basis. The revenue sharing breakdown is as follows:

The employer revenue is returned on a monthly basis with a statement indicating the number of verifications performed, the employee or former employee's name and identity of the party requesting the verification.

KRESS has the ability to maintain a copy of the signed release in references to the verification we provide if the client-employer finds that information useful or necessary.
