KRESS Employment Screening Announces New Services for 2009
Background check provider adding to already extensive list of services
HOUSTON, Texas—December 31, 2008—KRESS Employment
Screening, a licensed investigations company (TX-A06712) that provides
employers with background checks, announced today that they are
adding additional programs in 2009 to
their already extensive list of client services and options offered:
- Social Security Number Verification. In addition to E-Verify and SS Trace, KRESS Employment Screening is now offering CBSV or Consent Based Social Security Number Verification that will let employers know the name, date of birth and social security number match information maintained by the Social Security Administration (SSA).
- Drug Testing. KRESS Employment Screening will offer drug testing as a standard service with more than 30,000 collections sites in the U.S. These tests will include an MRO with results routed securely to the hiring manager.
- CDLIS and DOT Verification. Truck Drivers Package Upgrades are now being offered and include CDLIS or Commercial Drivers Licence Information System Search, which allows employers to comply with FMCSA requirements and DOT Verification, which incorporates all of DOT required questions for each employer including accident history and drug and alcohol information.
- Access to the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB-HIPDB). In this one search, healthcare providers can ascertain whether doctors, nurses and other medical practitioners have any license suspension history or are precluded from receiving or working with government programs such as Medicare or Medicaid.
